Idea:

Providing maximum privacy to owners on a very narrow plot. Possibility of collision-free connection of flats within one segment.

Function:

The complex consists of two 7-storey residential buildings with a service ground floor and an underground garage. The area of flats varied from 45m2 to 71m2. The apartments have viewing terraces and the shape of the undulating facades provides a panoramic view of the sea from each apartment in both buildings. The complex was connected with the planned seaside passage, providing services on the ground floor to outside guests. There is also an outdoor gym and a forest playground.
