Idea:

Contrast of forms between the rectangular, static structure of the terraces and the undulating dynamic shape of the building.

Function:

The complex consists of two 7-storey residential buildings with a service ground floor and an underground garage. The area of flats varied from 45 m2 to 71 m2. The apartments have viewing terraces and the shape of the undulating facades provides a panoramic view of the sea from each apartment in both buildings. The complex was connected with the planned seaside passage, providing services on the ground floor to outside guests. There is also an outdoor gym and a forest playground.
