Idea:

Optimal use of the plot parameters while ensuring maximum comfort, privacy and lighting of the apartments, through the terrace arrangement of buildings.

Function:

The estate offers 219 apartments with an area of 29m2 - 150m2. The structure of the flats covers the majority of M2 and M3 units (40m2 - 80m2). There are also larger, two-level apartments, centered around a private patio and lofts with large terraces on the roof of the revitalized Aaron Bossner spinning mill from 1894 located on the estate. The terraced layout of the estate ensures optimal lighting of all apartments and the separation of the car traffic zone from the residents' zone.
