Idea:

An underground street as an element linking the investment divided into 5 stages, serving the estate regardless of the stage of implementation. Use of the exhibition on the relics of the old oak forest.

Function:

A housing estate, consisting of eight residential buildings, divided into five construction stages. The project uses the terrain values of the plot, such as slopes with a significant difference in levels, enabling the construction of underground garages only slightly embedded below the ground level, the existing water reservoir as an attractive relaxation zone for the estate and a distant exposure to the south of the relics of the old oak forest - a panorama enhancing the qualities of the apartments on higher floors. Thanks to the terraced arrangement of solids and the use of green roof technology, the top floors have individual green terraces. The estate offers 1104 apartments of various sizes from 30m2 to 85m2.
