Idea:

An attempt to interpret the historical architecture of Ostrów Tumski. Shaping the body optimally using the insolation of the residential zone. The human scale and the intimacy of the inhabitants as a design priority.

Function:

A six-storey building with 103 apartments with an area of 29m2 - 113m2, it includes services in the arcades of the ground floor, underground and individual garages. The apartments have loggias, balconies, terraces and gardens on the green roof above the ground floor, separating residents from the entrance area. The dynamic shape of the sunny courtyards of the residential area provides as many apartments as possible with as many hours of sunshine as possible. On the top floor, VIP apartments with spacious, sunny, west-facing terraces, with an area of about 50m2, overlooking the Vistula embankment and the Baroque monastery, have been designed. It is planned to divide the investment into two independent stages.
