Idea:

Design of a logistics center intended for individual rental of warehouse halls.

Function:

Logistics center including warehouse and production halls with an area of from 4,954m2 to 19,685m2, with its own parking and goods areas as well as office and social facilities. Each of the halls is equipped with a set of media equipment. Additionally, a central fire hydrophore with water tanks was designed to service sprinkler systems in the halls. The facilities are arranged in such a way as to connect the neighboring buildings, providing a larger leasable area.
