Idea:

The fusion of the "old" with the "new". Highlighting the uniqueness, revitalization and new functions by framing the historic complex within the framework of new architecture.

Function:

The center is located on the site of the 19th century "Monopol Wódczany" Spirit Industry Complex. It consists of seven buildings, two of which are new, twelve-storey office buildings, which are the symbolic frame of the entire complex. Historic buildings received new service, cultural and entertainment functions. The largest of them - the showpiece of the Center, houses shopping malls, offices, restaurants and the museum zone of the former factories. The buildings inside the quarter are connected with a roofed and glazed passage, which is the foreground for restaurants, fitness clubs, a swimming pool and an auditorium intended for theater performances, fashion shows and other cultural events. Garages for employees and visitors of the Center are located under the inner square.
