Idea:

Preserving the industrial character of the factory complex, converted into offices, using modern means of expression. The golden ratio as a form of articulation that determines the building's proportions.

Function:

The five-storey building is an extension of the existing office complex. The glazed high ground floor with the main entrance hall and the mezzanine contains commercial premises for rent accessible from the street. Open - space office spaces with social facilities are located on the upper floors. The adopted solutions classify the facility as an energy-saving building.
