Idea:

The use of wood - a link between the historical form of the historic station platform and the modern interpretation of the loggia as a procedure defining the identity of the revitalized building.

Function:

The building combines service and residential functions. A dental clinic and rooms for rent are located on the ground floor. There are a total of 10 apartments on the first and second floors. In the superstructure of the roof, 2 apartments have been designed with a view of the old town of Piotrków and the greenery around the property. The garage from the side of the yard was covered with a slab on which green areas available to residents were located.
