Idea:

Restoring the representative character of the former office building with simultaneous adaptation to the needs of modern users.

Function:

The building is part of the I.K. Poznański, recognized as a historical monument: "Łódź - the multicultural landscape of an industrial city". Through the renovation of the historic tissue and the use of modern means of expression, the administrative building of the complex has been restored to its former glory, retaining its original office function, enriched with gastronomic and cultural functions. The building was partially extended with a light, steel mezzanine with an access to the observation deck with a panorama of the historic buildings of the former factory complex of I.K. Poznański. The building received an internal, glass elevator. The restored interiors regained their office and representative character.
