Idea:

Metal ores and rock deposits - natural resources of the Konec region driving the metallurgical industry of the Old Polish Industrial District as an inspiration for a building, a symbol of the development of the entire region, embedded in the tradition of the place.

Function:

The representative buildings of the Incubator are located in the corner plot by the provincial road connecting Końskie with Warsaw, thus increasing the rank of the facility. The remaining area was divided into three successive stages of expansion. The incubator consists of two buildings connected by hanging footbridges and an internal courtyard which gives the place an urban character. The front building - the representative building houses product exhibition zones, offices, conference rooms and restaurants. The second building also houses workshops and a large warehouse.
