Idea:

Expansion of warehouse halls and construction of an exhibition and training part with an administrative part, conference rooms and social facilities of the production and warehouse facility for the Investor's needs. The colors emphasize the confectionery nature of the business.

Function:

The facility has two wings of warehouse halls with access for TIR delivery vehicles, connected by a central part - the main entrance, containing exhibition spaces for manufactured products, a training part presenting the production system, administrative and conference rooms and social facilities. The complex is located in an extremely difficult area - it is located on a slope and in close proximity to the branch chamber of the underground railway tunnel.
