Idea:

The modernistic shape of the building refers to one of the first works of the classic of modernism - Le Corbusier "Dom-Ino House".

Function:

The project assumed the development of the largest possible area of a home garden with a small plot width. The shape and spatial arrangement of window openings ensures optimal lighting of the interior of the building while ensuring maximum privacy for users. The private zone of the first floor was connected with the day zone of the ground floor by a two-story, open living room - the heart of the building.
