Idea:

The rectangular building blocks are surrounded by an irregular form of external terraces. Creation of the largest possible sheltered external private space for apartments.

Function:

A residential function designed on a cramped plot outside the city center, in the vicinity of terraced and single-family houses. Diverse sizes of apartments from 28m2 to 100m2. The top floors are occupied by apartments with mezzanines and roof terraces.
