Two parallel axes running north-east and south-west - the pedestrian passage and the main street as the main directions determine the spatial and compositional layout of the estate.
The estate was divided into 2 investment stages. The estate includes 12 residential buildings, including one with service functions on the ground floor, providing 507 apartments with areas ranging from 30 to 62 m2 and 2 multi-level garages. In the northern part, at the end of the pedestrian passage, there is a large playground and a pond by the "Chartynia" canal. On the south side, the estate is separated from the planned expressway by an acoustic embankment, which also serves as a parking lot with a roof covered with insulating greenery. Residential buildings are arranged in a way that maximizes solar illumination.
