Idea:

The inspiration for the green form of the building is the fabric leaving the production line of mechanical looms as a symbol of the prosperity of the industrial city of textile.

Function:

The levels and premises of the existing buildings are connected with external green galleries serving as forum, recreational and communication functions. A system of reflectors located on the highest floors of terraces illuminates the interior of the premises. The green roofs of tenement houses house cafés, viewing levels, walking areas and flower beds for individual crops. Between the green terraces and the existing buildings, there is a square intended for restaurant gardens and special events.
