Idea:

The Building - a bastion - a modern mound in memory of the heroes and victims of World War II. A stairs - a symbol of movement, mass migrations of people losing their roots, forced journeys contributing to the development of different parts of the world and strengthening the identity of peoples abroad.

Function:

Compositional axis - the main pre-war street of the former island. The museum houses exhibition spaces, a cinema, a restaurant, a conference room, a library, a hotel with a viewing platform, administrative facilities and a car park.
