Idea:

The organic form of the building refers to floral motifs also characteristic for the Secession period, a style so often used in Łódź historic architecture.

Function:

The building makes the most of the plot in dense urban development. It has offices with the possibility of free arrangement, conference rooms, an exclusive service premises with access from the outside, a restaurant with a cafe accessible from the representative lobby, a recreational terrace and a garage with 74 parking places.
