Idea:

The layout of the building is conditioned by minimizing interference with the existing forest tissue. The facade articulation resembles the drawing of wood grain.

Function:

The center combines the following functions: hotel, conference, gastronomic, recreational and biological regeneration. The building houses a four-star hotel with 122 rooms located on four floors, a conference room for 476 seats with a foyer that can be divided into four smaller ones, as well as a two-story Spa with a full biological regeneration program. On the side of Spacerowa Street there is a restaurant available also for guests from outside the center, a fitness room and a bowling alley. On the roof of the building there is an indoor swimming pool with an exit to a large observation deck with a summer bar and an outdoor sauna. The center is covered with a green roof that serves as a garden - a place of rest for hotel guests. The center has a multi-bay garage located on the lowest floor.
