Aesthetic rehabilitation of the building. Creating new representative entrances and raising the rank of the object by using appropriate material solutions for the facade.

Function:

Reconstruction of the tram rolling stock warehouse into a university building divided into three independent functional zones: printing house, publishing house and didactic part.
