Idea:

The open shape of the building's body, emphasizing the entrance zone and inviting customers to the interior.

Function:

The headquarters of the company providing comprehensive solutions for confectioneries, cafes, bakeries, ice cream parlors and hotels. The sales department, training and administration zone are located in the entrance area. At the back of the plot there are storage zones available for TIR vehicles, including a part intended for the tenant. The first floor of the front part is dedicated to rent.
