Idea:

Maintaining the compositional coherence of the building composed of cubic blocks referring to the shape of the company's product packaging. Building development by "budding" subsequent modules.

Function:

The production and warehouse part with social facilities includes product confection rooms, a warehouse and social facilities. The priority was to obtain the largest storage area with a high fire load of the halls. The office part houses management and administration rooms, conference rooms and company organizational rooms. The central patio/forum, closed with a glass roof, illuminates the dining room and offices, while integrating the space used for occasional corporate events. The difference in temperature of the air flowing between the corridors of the ground floor to the heated patio space provides natural ventilation in the summer months.
