Idea:

A reference to the existing, arched, historic market hall. Maintaining the traditional character of the marketplace as a counterbalance to shopping centers.

Function:

The ground floor of the exhibition hall includes 75 commercial segments, also accessible from the outside, and sanitary facilities. The first floor houses administration and technical rooms. Connection of Piotrkowska and Wólczańska streets with a covered open-air passage.
