Address:
Gdańsk, 2/4 Wały Jagiellońskie St.
Total area:
32 746m2
Competition project:
2017r.
Idea:
The characteristic grid of streets and buildings in pre-war Gdańsk - a port city as an element shaping the shape and proportions of the complex.
Function:
The body of the complex consists of three office and hotel cubatures, separated by green, glass atriums - symbolic streets of Gdańsk. The cubatures were placed on a one-story pedestal housing a shopping arcade, a restaurant and a hotel lobby with conference rooms. The building from the side of ul. Wały Jagiellońskie is an office and conference building. The next two buildings - from the side of Targ Węglowy are a 5-storey hotel. SPA and fitness zones are located on the 1st and 5th floors. In the glazed endings of the "streets" there is a view of the historic old town of the city. The complex has a two-story underground garage.
