Idea:

The theater is located on the frontage of a narrow street. In order to improve the perception of the façade and raise the profile of the building, the façade of the first floor was moved back to the line of structural columns, removing also part of the flat roof. As suggested by the investor, it was given a historicising character and, in order not to lose the space, the foyer was covered with glass.

Function:

Modernization of the front facade of the theater, adapted to new aesthetic, functional and multimedia standards.
