Idea:

The building, through the Waterway, is a link between the park and Moniuszko Square and the planned Kobro Market Square. Water cascades supplying the Waterway create living facades of the Art Center.

Function:

The ground floor - the square - the agora, connected by representative stairs with the piano nobile. The center has auditoriums, multimedia, educational and exhibition rooms (12,000 m2), a café, relaxation zones, club rooms, public and specialist parking.
