Idea:

Entering the rhythmic stone shape of the building into the existing greenery of the park. The use of natural materials emphasizing the nature of the museum.

Function:

The historic buildings of the museum were connected with a new body that interferes with the park's stand as little as possible. The ground floor of the existing part houses a café, a thematic library, a bookstore and a souvenir shop, the entrance area with the museum cloakroom and administrative rooms. On the first floor there are conference rooms with a buffet and space for temporary exhibitions. The two-storey, newly designed part includes themed rooms and a glazed patio, which is the heart of the entire facility, in which the largest exhibits of the museum are presented.
