Idea:

Highlighting the dynamics of the neighboring Kopcińskiego Street through the rhythm, shape and chiaroscuro of the building's morphic elevations..

Function:

The eleven-storey building with a hotel function is part of a complex combined into one functional whole. The one-story pavilion surrounding it with the main entrance and the lobby houses conference rooms with a foyer, a dining room with an internal patio, kitchen facilities, administration and sanitary facilities. From the east, the pavilion connects to the conference room.
