Idea:

Reversing the way of thinking about the town hall as only a public administration institution by organizing a forum - a space integrating the life of the small town community.

Function:

Around the internal, glazed courtyard - the forum, the office zone and zones operating after the end of the town hall activity are located: a café, Cultural Information Center, a bank and a wedding hall, which, in combination with the internal forum, creates a multifunctional room with various forms of activity such as lectures, screenings, banquets, exhibitions , weddings or artistic performances. The offices of the town hall are located on the first and second floor.
