Optical illusion causing the impression of movement and the lack of horizontal lines of individual elements of the facade.

Function:

Regular square floor plans as an advantage in the arrangement of an office or hotel function. The building has commercial premises, catering facilities - a restaurant and a bistro, an underground garage with 106 parking spaces and 34 parking spaces within the plot. The building parameters qualify the building as category A of office buildings.
